Everything on this site comes from public registers, not from the homes themselves. Mistakes here are usually mistakes there — or ours in reading it.
The home’s name, its postcode, and what is wrong. If you can, say what it should be.

Every correction we make is logged publicly, with the date, on where our numbers come from.
We check it against the CQC register and either fix it within five working days or explain why the register says what it says.
If the register itself is wrong, we will tell you how to get the CQC to change it. That is the only route that makes a correction stick — and once the register is updated, this site follows automatically within a week.
You can claim your profile to publish fees, add photographs and correct details yourself.
